On this page we provide you with a letter template that you can use to inform your communication partners that you use REDDCRYPT for email encryption.

Reminder: A major advantage of REDDCRYPT is that you can write to anyone, even if the recipient does not yet use REDDCRYPT. In this case, you define a unique passphrase for the recipient, which they can use to decrypt the first email they receive. This passphrase is no longer required from the second e-mail onwards.

If the recipient already has a REDDCRYPT account, this first password is also not required. It may therefore make sense to ask your communication partners to create a free account so that the transmission of the first password is not necessary. We have created a letter template for this purpose below, which you are welcome to use in your design.
