Order processing (AV) and technical and organizational measures (TOM)
We provide our customers (clients) with an agreement on the commissioned processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 4 No. 8 and Art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This simplifies the review process for us and thus shortens the processing time.
To make the process as convenient as possible for you, we handle the contract workflow via the digital platform of Paperless GmbH.
Completion aid
Nachdem Sie auf den roten Button „Jetzt starten“ geklickt haben, öffnet sich der Vertragsworkflow. Diesen starten Sie, indem Sie oben rechts auf den roten Button „Starten“ klicken.
Im nächsten Step sind drei Schritte notwendig:
- Benennung des Zeichnungsberechtigten
- Angabe der E-Mail-Adresse des Zeichnungsberechtigten
- Nutzungs-und Datenschutzbedingungen akzeptieren
Der Klick auf „Jetzt ausfüllen“ versendet eine E-Mail an den Zeichnungsberechtigten zur weiteren Bearbeitung des Vertrags.
Um mit dem Ausfüllen des Vertrages zu beginnen, klicken Sie bitte in der erhaltenen E-Mail auf den roten Button „Formular öffnen“.
Ein Klick oben rechts auf „Sonstige Aktionen“ ermöglicht
- den Vertrag an eine andere Person zur Weiterbearbeitung zu schicken oder
- den Vertrag abzulehnen
Bitte füllen Sie alle markierten Pflichtfelder aus. Wenn Sie links auf den roten Button „Weiter“ klicken, gelangen Sie automatisch zum nächsten Pflichtfeld. Gleiches gilt, wenn Sie oben rechts auf „Abschließen“ klicken, allerdings noch nicht alle Pflichtfelder ausgefüllt wurden.
Nachdem alle Pflichtfelder ausgefüllt wurden, fügen Sie bitte Ihre Unterschrift hinzu und tragen Ihren Ort ein. Mit einem Klick auf „Abschließen“ gelangen Sie zur letzten Seite, der Festlegung der Weisungsberechtigten.
Sie können weisungsberechtigte Personen und Abteilungen festlegen. Bitte klicken Sie nach dem Ausfüllen oben rechts auf den roten Button „Abschließen“.
Der Prozess ist für Sie abgeschlossen. Sobald wir den Vertrag gegengezeichnet haben, erhalten Sie automatisch eine E-Mail mit einer Kopie des Vertrages.

Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent.
You can revoke any consent you have already given at any time.
All you need to do is send an informal email to datenschutz@reddoxx.com.
The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of breaches of data protection law, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based.

Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.
If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
Information, blocking, deletion
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time.
