The company profile for REDDCRYPT Business was introduced with release 2.1 on March 31, 2020. This allows you to customize the transport mail that is sent to your recipients when encrypting emails to suit your company.

Create company profile

You set up the company profile in the web app:

Settings -> My organization -> Profile

You can enter a URL next to a logo. We recommend that you create a small help page for REDDCRYPT on your website(you can find a template here) and add this link to your profile. This has the advantage that the recipients will immediately see that the email really comes from you, and they will also find direct help if they have any questions.

For targeted help, it is also a good idea to provide a telephone number where your recipients can obtain information about the procedure in case of doubt.

Once you have completed and saved your company profile, you can request the finished result by clicking on “Send me a sample email”.
