With a sensitive topic such as the encryption of emails, it is important to be able to track changes. For this reason, extensive logging takes place in the compliance log.

The compliance log also contains entries for settings that – if available – your REDDCRYPT service provider has made for you. In detail, the entries are as follows:

Filter entries

As there may be a large number of entries, the Compliance Log offers extensive filtering options. You can filter according to the following criteria:

  • Date
  • Category
  • Event type

Categories

The summary in categories is based on the menu items in the organization settings:

  • General
  • Personal account
  • Organization
  • Members
  • Organization key / master key
  • Trusted domains
  • Service provider
  • License

Event type

If the individual category returns too many results or you want to evaluate a specific action, you can do this via the type:

  • Organization created
  • Organization updated
  • Organizational profile edited
  • Organization profile deleted
  • Users invited to organization
  • User removed from organization
  • User deleted by the organization
  • Invitation accepted (means the invitation to the organization)
  • Invitation declined (means the invitation to the organization)
  • Master key created
  • Password change accepted
  • Password change rejected
  • Trusted domain added
  • Trusted domain removed
  • Users added via trusted domain
  • User deleted via trusted domain
  • Service provider selected
  • Service provider removed
  • Roles of the service provider changed
  • Authorizations of the service provider changed
  • Partner – role assigned
  • Partner – role removed
  • Partner – Authorization assigned
  • Partner – Authorization removed
  • Role assigned
  • Roles changed
  • Rollers removed
  • Authorizations assigned
  • Authorizations changed

  • Licenses ordered (means that the order process has been completed)
