REDDCRYPT Business has an extensive authorization structure that allows you to grant your employees individual rights. You can find these authorizations under
Settings -> My organization -> Members
You can assign roles and authorizations to members.

Rollers
There are currently two roles available with which you can grant members extensive rights:
- Administrator: The member has full access and can edit all settings of the organization
- Payment: The member receives access to the license information (type, number, expiration date) and has the option of ordering new licenses
Authorizations
With the authorizations, you have the option of granting members very detailed authorizations. The authorizations described below are currently available.

User administration
- Manage members: Can view member list and invite new members
- Remove members: Can remove members from the organization
- Delete members: Can delete the REDDCRYPT account of members
- Manage authorizations: Can change the authorizations of members
- Request partner status: Can request partner status for the organization
Organization and compliance
- Manage master key: Can create a master key, use it to decrypt emails and accept/reject user password resets
- Manage company profile: Can create, change and delete a company profile
- Manage partners: Can select the service provider and edit their authorizations
- Manage domains: Can manage the organization’s trusted domains
- Evaluate compliance log: Can view all entries in the compliance log
Licenses
- Orders: Can process payment information and initiate orders
- View license information: Can view the organization’s license information (type, number, expiration date)
Partner (if REDDCRYPT partner status)
- Administer customers: Can start management sessions and make settings in customers’ organizations
- Create organizations for customers: Can create new organizations and invite customers
- Manage partner portal: Gain full access to the partner portal
