General Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

REDDCRYPT is used for the encryption of e-mails.
\nThe use of REDDCRYPT is subject to the terms of the following agreement. <\/p>\n

Introduction<\/h3>\n

This document constitutes an agreement between the user of REDDCRYPT and REDDOXX GmbH, Neue Weilheimer Str. 14, 73230 Kirchheim unter Teck, Germany (hereinafter “REDDOXX”).
\nThe agreement extends to companies affiliated with REDDOXX. <\/p>\n

REDDCRYPT refers to the services and programs offered by REDDOXX under the domains operated by REDDOXX (www.reddcrypt.com) and their sub-domains and aliases.<\/p>\n

By commissioning and using REDDCRYPT, you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.
\nYou undertake to use REDDCRYPT exclusively in accordance with the following terms and conditions. <\/p>\n

1st object<\/h4>\n

REDDCRYPT is offered in two usage variants:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • as a free platform for e-mail encryption for individual use via the web app<\/li>\n
  • as a paid platform for e-mail encryption for individual use with additional apps (see https:\/\/www.reddcrypt.com\/apps\/), as well as a central company solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The fees for the use of REDDCRYPT are stated on the REDDCRYPT website and are binding.
    \nThey are due for payment immediately upon invoicing for the term of 12 months and can be paid using the payment methods specified there.
    \nREDDOXX may send invoices and payment reminders by e-mail.
    \nIf a fee cannot be collected, the User shall bear all resulting costs. <\/p>\n

    The use of REDDCRYPT may only be carried out within the scope of the possibilities offered.
    \nAll other uses require the prior written consent of REDDOXX. <\/p>\n

    REDDOXX provides REDDCRYPT, a technical application for encrypting e-mails.
    \nREDDOXX is not involved in the content.
    \nREDDCRYPT does not claim any ownership rights to user content. <\/p>\n

    The user accepts that a 100% fail-safe provision of applications is not possible and is prevented by events of an internal (e.g. maintenance work, security issues) and external (e.g. power failures, network outages) nature.
    \nThis also applies to REDDCRYPT.
    \nHowever, REDDOXX endeavors to achieve the highest possible reliability and constant availability for the services offered. <\/p>\n

    REDDCRYPT, all elements contained therein and all associated content – with the exception of user submissions and unless otherwise indicated – belong to REDDOXX or are licensed to REDDOXX.
    \nAll copyrights and other industrial property rights, regardless of their form, remain at all times with REDDOXX and REDDOXX’s licensors. <\/p>\n

    REDDOXX reserves the right to make adjustments to the services offered and to offer different services if this is reasonable for the User.<\/p>\n

    2. rights and obligations of the user<\/h4>\n

    You are permitted to use REDDCRYPT for your own purposes (“use” means accessing and executing the services and programs offered).<\/p>\n

    REDDCRYPT can be used by registering with the application.
    \nBy completing the registration process, you submit an offer to conclude the contract for the use of REDDCRYPT.
    \nREDDOXX accepts this offer by activating your user account.
    \nThe contract between you and REDDOXX is concluded by this acceptance. <\/p>\n

    In order to register as a user, you must enter your e-mail address and a password.
    \nWe recommend that you keep your password secret to prevent misuse.
    \nEach e-mail address can only be registered once.
    \nPlease note that you are responsible for all your activities on the platform.
    \nREDDOXX cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever. <\/p>\n

    You are obliged to comply with the laws applicable in your country when using REDDCRYPT, in particular when posting content and communicating with other users.<\/p>\n

    Beyond this and regardless of the legal situation, you are not permitted to do so:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • use content that is pornographic, vulgar, obscene, abusive, harmful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, racist or otherwise objectionable;<\/li>\n
    • harass other users with mass content (especially SPAM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Furthermore, all users are prohibited from the following actions:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • to rent, lease, sublicense, lend, sell, transfer, copy, modify, adapt, combine with other programs, translate, convert into another programming language, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works of REDDCRYPT or elements of REDDCRYPT itself or through third parties, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement or by mandatory law.<\/li>\n
      • reproduce or trade REDDCRYPT or elements of REDDCRYPT in any way or allow third parties to do so, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.<\/li>\n
      • REDDCRYPT or elements of REDDCRYPT with mechanisms, scripts or other software (e.g. robots or crawlers) that are not necessary for proper use of the platform.
        \nHowever, this does not affect the use of interfaces and software that REDDCRYPT provides for programmatic access (e.g. APIs). <\/li>\n
      • All activities that impair or excessively burden the functioning and\/or infrastructure of REDDCRYPT.
        If you notice that other users are using REDDCRYPT in a manner that violates the law or the contract, you can report this using the contact form on the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. term and termination<\/h4>\n

        The free services can be terminated by the user at any time without giving reasons.
        \nThe account deletion function in the user’s profile can be used for termination.
        \nAfter termination, all content posted by the user will be deleted by REDDOXX. <\/p>\n

        The paid services are offered as part of a subscription.
        \nThe booked minimum usage period is extended by one period of the same time period unless the user terminates the subscription in good time.
        \nThe subscription can be terminated without notice at the end of the current period without giving reasons.
        \nThe function in the administration area of the user or organization can be used to cancel the subscription.
        \nAfter termination, all content posted by the user will be deleted by REDDOXX. <\/p>\n

        REDDOXX has the right to terminate the free service at its own discretion at any time and without giving reasons.
        \nIn the event of such a termination, we will make a reasonable effort to provide the user with a copy of his uploaded content upon request, unless the termination was for good cause. <\/p>\n

        Both parties are entitled to terminate the contract for good cause in the case of both paid and unpaid services.
        \nGood cause exists if the terminating party cannot reasonably be expected to continue the contractual relationship until the agreed termination or until the expiry of a notice period, taking into account all circumstances of the individual case and weighing up the interests of both parties.
        \nGood cause exists in particular if <\/p>\n

          \n
        • the user does not comply with legal regulations<\/li>\n
        • the user violates any provision of this agreement<\/li>\n
        • the user harms other users or the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          If good cause is presented, REDDOXX reserves the right, in addition to termination, to issue a warning to the User, to delete the User’s content and to block the User’s access.<\/p>\n

          The User’s entitlement to the repayment of fees paid in advance shall lapse if REDDOXX has to take measures resulting from the presentation of an important reason.<\/p>\n

          4. revocation instruction for consumers<\/h4>\n

          If you use REDDCRYPT as a consumer within the meaning of the law (\u00a7 13 BGB), the following provisions apply to you:<\/p>\n

          Right of revocation: You can revoke your contractual declaration in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) within 14 days without giving reasons.
          \nThe period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before conclusion of the contract and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 \u00a7 2 in conjunction with \u00a7 1 para.
          \n1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to \u00a7 312e Abs.
          \n1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 \u00a7 3 EGBGB.
          \nTimely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to comply with the revocation period. <\/p>\n

          Consequences of revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n

          In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered.
          \nIf you are unable to return to REDDOXX the services received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate REDDOXX for the value.
          \nThis may mean that you must nevertheless fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period up to the revocation.
          \nObligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
          \nThe period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation, for us with its receipt. <\/p>\n

          If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.<\/p>\n

          Information on the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

          In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if the entrepreneur has provided the service in full and has only started to provide the service after the consumer has given his express consent and at the same time confirmed his knowledge that he will lose his right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
